Public Liability Insurance min £1 million

If selling handmade consumables (e.g. candles, skincare, food): confirmation of product liability insurance is strongly recommended.

If you’re serving or selling food/drink: proof of your food hygiene registration with your local council.

Public liability insurance is a mandatory requirement for ALL stallholders - This protects against claims if a member of the public is injured or their property is damaged due to a stallholder's activity.

Terms & Conditions

This is an INDOOR & OUTDOOR EVENT – We will provide a 5ft table and 2 chairs for internal stallholders.

Photographs will be taken during the event and could be used in marketing for future events. Stallholders agree to photos being used for marketing purposes unless requested not to in writing by the stallholder.

All traders must be insured against third party risks & public liability (£1m min)

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the show without notice. Clicking submit is acceptance of this terms.
